Spring Steel Wire Reinforced Silicone Hoses (Shore 300 and 310 series)

Type 1 (Shore 300) : Silicone hose with 2-3 plies of Polyester reinforcement and an inner ply of Spring Steel. The outer and inner surfaces are smooth.

Applications : Heating and cooling systems in buses, coaches and industrial vehicles.
Fluid Transmission in applications where high flexibility is required.

Type 2 (Shore 310) : Silicone hose with 2 plies of Polyester reinforcement and an inner ply of Spring Steel Wire. The inner surface is smooth while the outer surface is convoluted / corrugated.

Applications : Fluid Transmission in applications where high flexibility is required.

Type 3 (Shore 320) : Silicone hose with 2 plies of Polyester reinforcement and an inner ply of Spring Steel Wire. The inner and outer surfaces are smooth. Hoses in this series are exceptionally flexible.

Wire reinforced hoses (Shore 300 series) are available in a range of dimensions as follows:

We can also make sizes other than the above if required. We manufacture these steel wire reinforced hoses and silicone reinforced hoses in 4 meter length, but they can be cut and supplied in smaller lengths, as per the customer's requirement.

Steel Wire Reinforced Hoses (Shore 310 series) are usually supplied in 1 meter lengths. However, we can also supply in different lengths as required. Also, the length of the cuffs (plain section) at the 2 ends, can be specified by the customer.
