Turbocharger hoses are used in Automobiles to withstand exhaust gases, corrosive oils & elevalated temperatures under the hood. The construction of a turbocharger hoses is determined depending upon the service conditions of the hose.

Materials
Turbocharger hoses are made from Silicone rubber & if there are highly corrosive oils, coolants or vapors in contact, an inner lining of 0.5mm thickness of Fluorosilicone rubber is recommended.

Reinforcement
The reinforcing fabric is usually polyester. However if the temperature & pressure requirement is high, aramid fabrics such as NOMEX^® or KEVLAR^® are used.

Design
1) Straight or Shaped hoses with smooth outer surface.

2) Convoluted / Corrugated in shape. The number of convolutes depend on the length of the hose. Stainless steel rings are fitted in the grooves on the outer surface to give the hose additional pressure resistance.

Materials
Marine hoses are made from Silicone rubber and reinforced with Woven Polyster. Woven meta-aramid is used in some cases where continous working temperatures are above 200 deg. C.

All our hoses are certified by an external laboratory, and meet all requirements of SAE J2006-R3.

Application
Marine Wet Exhaust Systems, Marine cooling to motor, and Hot water transfer from motor to exhaust.
